Basic House Rules

We ask of you for the following to ensure safety and enjoyment of the activities.

1. Make sure you are in a good condition.
   
2. Be gentle with the animals. Treat them with care.
   
3. Follow the staff's guidance.
   
4. Please take off your shoes, change into room slippers/socks.
   
5. Do not bring in food, treats, toys, other animals, or anything else that might be a risk.
   
6. No flash photography.
